Terms of Service
Orders
Orders placed before 2pm SGT are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow, and bank transfer. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST.
Delivery
Delivery is available island-wide. A surcharge applies for east, west, north zones ($8) and Sentosa ($18). We guarantee delivery to the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will leave with a neighbour or building reception and confirm via email. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Same-day orders may be cancelled before 12pm for a full refund. Cancellations after 12pm are charged at 50% of the order value. For bespoke or wedding orders, cancellation terms are specified in the individual proposal.
Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute with a flower of equal or greater value, in the same colour palette and style. We always inform you before delivery if a significant substitution is required.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled with 14 days' notice. To pause or cancel, email subscribe@singapore-florist.com. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the flowers purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from circumstances outside our control, including weather, traffic, or third-party courier failures.
